What is Gadtong? The word comes from a dialect in northern Thailand and means full stomach or full to the brim. The term is most often used to describe the feeling of being full after a meal or overeating. The word also refers to a set of meals that provide a large amount of food and leave you feeling full.

The Im Mi restaurant operates exactly on the principle of making its guests feel full, which is what we experienced during our visit.
